Review Full Reimbursement Submission Details Before Making a Decision
When a coordinator selects a submission from the approval queue, the Reimbursement Detail Screen loads the complete record: all expense line items (mileage, tolls, parking, public transit), attached receipt thumbnails with links to full-resolution images, the calculated reimbursement total, and the immutable audit trail of any prior approval decisions on this submission. The detail view supports pinch-to-zoom on receipts. The full audit trail is rendered chronologically showing decision, timestamp, coordinator name, and any comment. Approve and Reject action buttons are prominently displayed.
User Story
Acceptance Criteria
- Given I tap a submission in the approval queue, when the detail screen opens, then all expense line items are listed with type, amount, and supporting data (distance for mileage, toll booth for tolls)
- Given the submission has attached receipts, when I view the detail screen, then receipt thumbnails are displayed and tappable to open a full-resolution view
- Given previous approval decisions exist on this submission, when I view the detail screen, then the full audit trail is displayed in chronological order with decision, timestamp, and coordinator identity
- Given a submission is in 'pending_attestation' status, when I view the detail screen, then Approve and Reject action buttons are visible and enabled
- Given a submission was auto-approved, when I view the detail screen, then the auto-approval decision is shown in the audit trail with the threshold criteria that triggered it
Business Value
Coordinators must be able to fully evaluate a claim before attesting to it. Incomplete information leads to either rubber-stamping (compliance risk) or unnecessary rejections (volunteer dissatisfaction). The audit trail embedded in the detail view ensures every decision is traceable, which is a hard requirement for Bufdir grant accountability.
