View Peer Mentor Assignment History Tab
The assignment history tab on the peer mentor detail screen lists all assignments dispatched to that mentor, including open, acknowledged, completed, and timed-out assignments. This gives coordinators a longitudinal view of a mentor's engagement and workload. For Blindeforbundet, where an honorarium threshold is triggered at the 3rd and 15th assignment, the running total visible here directly supports honorarium management. The list shows assignment reference, dispatch date, status, and contact type (anonymised per privacy rules). Coordinators can use this view to identify mentors with no recent activity, which is relevant to follow-up workflows and the 40% under-follow-up finding from the HLF survey.
User Story
Acceptance Criteria
- Given I open a peer mentor's profile and tap the assignment history tab, then I see a chronological list of assignments with their current statuses
- Given a mentor has open assignments, when I view the history tab, then open assignments are visually distinguished from completed ones
- Given a mentor has reached an assignment count threshold (3rd or 15th), when I view the history tab, then the total assignment count is clearly displayed
- Given a mentor has had no assignments in the past 30 days, when I view the history tab, then the last activity date is visible
- Given privacy rules apply, when I view assignment entries, then contact identity is appropriately anonymised while still showing assignment context
Business Value
Survey data from HLF shows that 40% of peer mentors felt under-followed-up by their coordinators. Assignment history visibility enables coordinators to proactively identify disengaged mentors and reach out, improving volunteer retention and service continuity.
