View Peer Mentor Profile for Assignment Decision-Making
Coordinators require a comprehensive view of each peer mentor's profile to efficiently dispatch assignments and manage their volunteer pool. The detail screen exposes certification validity, current availability status (active/paused/expired), active assignment count, and organisational affiliation in a single tabbed view. This eliminates the current pain point of piecing together information from spreadsheets, emails, and member system portals. For HLF, the profile reflects whether a mentor still appears on the local association website (tied to certification validity), which is a critical operational signal. The profile is scoped to the coordinator's organisational context via role-based access control.
User Story
Acceptance Criteria
- Given I am a coordinator, when I open a peer mentor's profile, then I see all profile tabs: profile info, assignment history, and certification status
- Given a peer mentor has an expired certification, when I view their profile, then their status badge shows 'Expired' and the certification tab highlights the expiry date
- Given a peer mentor is currently paused, when I view their profile, then the availability status is prominently displayed with the pause start date
- Given a peer mentor has reached the assignment threshold, when I view their profile, then the active assignment count is visible and I can see the history
- Given I am viewing profiles outside my organisational scope, then I cannot access those profiles and receive an appropriate access-denied indicator
Business Value
Coordinators are responsible for matching peer mentors to assignments effectively. Reliable, real-time profile information directly reduces the risk of assigning work to unavailable or uncertified volunteers, which could harm both service quality and compliance with Bufdir grant requirements.
