The peer mentor can navigate to the recruitment section of the app and view a summary of their recruitment activity: their personal referral link, a count of successful sign-ups attributed to them, and the current status of each referred individual (pending, registered, active). This screen serves as the home base for the entire recruitment flow and provides positive reinforcement by making the peer mentor's ambassador impact visible.

Acceptance Criteria
- Given the peer mentor is authenticated and navigates to the recruitment section, when the screen loads, then the recruitment overview screen is displayed with their referral statistics
- Given the peer mentor has no referrals yet, when the recruitment screen loads, then a referral count of 0 is shown with an encouraging call-to-action to share their link
- Given the peer mentor has existing referrals, when the recruitment screen loads, then each referred person's sign-up status is listed (pending within attribution window, registered, active member)
- Given the recruitment screen is open, when the peer mentor taps the share section, then the referral link widget is prominently displayed with a share action
Business Value
Providing visibility into recruitment impact turns passive users into active ambassadors.
