View Personal Driver Honorarium History
The Driver Honorarium Screen includes a history view that lists all honorarium records submitted by the peer mentor, ordered by date descending. Each entry shows the submission date, the linked activity or assignment, the number of trips, the calculated amount, and the current processing status (e.g. pending accounting sync, synced). This gives peer mentors a personal audit trail and allows them to identify any missing submissions.
User Story
Acceptance Criteria
- Given a peer mentor opens the Driver Honorarium Screen, when they navigate to the history tab or section, then all their past honorarium submissions are listed in reverse chronological order
- Given the history list is displayed, when the peer mentor taps an entry, then a detail view shows the full record including trip count, rate applied, total amount, associated activity/assignment, submission timestamp, and accounting sync status
- Given a peer mentor has no prior honorarium records, when they view the history, then an empty state message is shown explaining that submitted records will appear here
- Given the list contains many entries, when the peer mentor scrolls, then pagination or lazy loading ensures performance is not degraded
Business Value
A personal honorarium history gives peer mentors confidence that their compensation records are being tracked accurately, reducing support requests to coordinators. It also creates a self-service audit trail that simplifies year-end financial reviews and supports the organisation's accounting integration by making it easy to identify and flag discrepancies before they propagate to the accounting system.
