Access Full Contact Management Options from the Contact List

Coordinators require quick access to management actions from the contact list to minimise navigation overhead during high-volume administrative sessions. The Contact Card Widget renders coordinator-specific action shortcuts (such as edit contact, assign peer mentor, view notes) that are not shown to peer mentors, whose cards display a simplified view scoped to their assignment interactions. The role distinction is managed by the Contact List BLoC, which passes the current user's role to the card widget to determine which action shortcuts to render. This reduces the number of taps required for routine coordinator tasks and supports efficient bulk review workflows.

Acceptance Criteria

Given a coordinator views the contact list, when they see a contact card, then coordinator-specific action shortcuts are visible on or adjacent to the card
Given a peer mentor views the same contact list, when they see a contact card, then coordinator-specific action shortcuts are not shown
Given a coordinator taps a management shortcut on a contact card, when the action is invoked, then they are taken directly to the relevant screen or action dialog
Given the BLoC receives the coordinator role from the authentication context, when rendering contact cards, then it passes the coordinator role flag to the card widget to enable management actions
Given a coordinator uses a screen reader, when they navigate a contact card, then the available action shortcuts are announced in addition to the contact details

Business Value

Coordinators are the most active users in terms of total daily interactions, frequently switching between contacts during queue review, bulk operations, and follow-up tasks. Reducing the number of taps required to initiate common actions from the contact list directly reduces administrative burden, which is one of the primary pain points identified in all three organisation workshops. Faster access to management actions means coordinators spend less time navigating and more time delivering meaningful support.
