Monitor all peer mentors approaching or having crossed honorarium thresholds
The Coordinator Dashboard surfaces a summary view powered by the Honorarium Calculation Service, listing peer mentors who are within one or two assignments of a threshold (approaching) and those who have crossed a threshold since the last payment was processed. The Honorarium Threshold Widget renders individual progress indicators per mentor in a compact format suitable for a list view. This gives coordinators a proactive management tool rather than requiring them to check each mentor individually.
User Story
Acceptance Criteria
- Given a coordinator opens their dashboard, when peer mentors are within two assignments of a threshold, then those mentors appear in an 'approaching threshold' section with their current count and how many remain
- Given a peer mentor has crossed a threshold since the last processed payment, when the coordinator views the dashboard, then that mentor appears in a 'threshold crossed — action required' section
- Given no peer mentors are approaching or have crossed thresholds, when the coordinator views the relevant dashboard section, then a message indicates all honorarium statuses are up to date
- Given a coordinator has many peer mentors, when the dashboard renders, then the list is sorted with crossed thresholds first, followed by approaching mentors, to prioritize urgent actions
- Given a coordinator taps a peer mentor in the threshold overview, when the navigation occurs, then the full Assignment Count Screen for that peer mentor is displayed
Business Value
A coordinator managing many peer mentors cannot reasonably check each individual's count daily. A consolidated threshold overview dramatically reduces the cognitive overhead of payment management, prevents missed honorarium obligations, and supports the coordinator's core responsibility of ensuring peer mentors are compensated accurately and on time.
